Piolo Pascual is set to do a new project with ABS-CBN

A-list actor Piolo Pascual is returning to ABS-CBN after his short stint on TV5 and he said, “I’ll be back home for sure.”

Piolo was part of Kapamilya Sunday musical variety show ASAP Natin ‘To before he transferred to Sunday Noontime Live in the Kapatid network with Maja Salvador and Catriona Gray.

At that time, Johnny Manahan or Mr. M, the former Star Magic head, was his major reason for his decision to transfer. The star maker has been Piolo’s “tatay-tatayan” in the entertainment industry, as well as other celebrities who were and are being managed by the Kapamilya talent management company.

Following the transfer of Mr. M to the Kapuso network as the new GMA Artist Center consultant, speculations surfaced that Piolo Pascual will transfer also.

However, the A-list actor, based on a previous article, denied the rumors saying that he will be a Kapuso soon. “I have never left and will never leave my Kapamilya,” he said.

In a recent article in PEP, Piolo confirmed that he will do a project again with the Kapamilya network after his short stint in the Kapatid network. He just came back from the States and he is set to have a meeting with  ABS-CBN President and CEO Carlo Katigbak.

“I spoke with my boss, si Sir Carlo, on the 4th of July, and we had a good talk. When the time I’m done with quarantine, may meeting kami. I’m a Kapamilya through and through, I don’t have to reiterate that. I’ll be back home for sure, pagkatapos ng mga meetings for sure. Just to put this to rest, I’m not going anywhere,” Piolo Pascual stressed.
