Is it true that Piolo Pascual will be a Kapuso?
Rumor has it that A-list actor Piolo Pascual will transfer also to GMA-7 and a source made this revelation regarding this matter.
When ABS-CBN shut down, Piolo was one of the Kapamilya stars who accepted projects on TV5. He worked with Maja Salvador and Catriona Gray in the now-defunct Sunday Noontime Live under Brightlight Productions.
However, that stint did not last long as they only aired for one cycle. Following that stint, there were no reports stating about the possible next TV project of the A-list actor.
In a recent article by entertainment columnist Salve Asis in Pilipino Star Ngayon, she stated that the WBR Productions of Wowowin host Willie Revillame is currently negotiating with Piolo Pascual. Just recently, Kuya Wil revealed that John Lloyd Cruz will be doing projects under his production company and this will be on GMA-7.
With this, speculations surfaced that Piolo might be transferring also to the Kapuso network. After his SNL stint in the Kapatid network, the actor became inactive in doing showbiz projects.
Asis added in her article that Johnny Manahan and Bobot Mortiz, who are now working under WBR Productions, are reportedly negotiating with the A-list actor also.
Meanwhile, another big name from the Kapamilya network is being rumored to be a Kapuso soon. Bea Alonzo reportedly received an offer from GMA-7 to do a TV show and the network is still waiting for her response. One thing that is final about Bea is her upcoming movie with Pambansang Bae Alden Richards.
However, reportedly, she will start her reunion movie first with John Lloyd before the movie with Alden.
