Is it true that Piolo Pascual is going to be a Kapuso?
A-list actor Piolo Pascual has finally answered the rumors saying that he is set to transfer to GMA-7.
Following the guest appearance of A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz on Willie Revillame’s show for the Kapuso special of the online shopping brand that he is endorsing, speculations surfaced that Piolo will be transferring to GMA also.
In a previous report, it was stated that rumors saying that Piolo was negotiating with Willie circulated. The fact that former Star Magic head Johnny Manahan is already the consultant of GMA Artist Center also added fuel to the fire of speculations about Piolo Pascual’s rumored network transfer.
To recall, when Mr. M accepted the Sunday Noontime Live project on TV5, Piolo, along with Maja Salvador joined him. The two celebrities consider Mr. M as their “tatay-tatayan” in the Philippine entertainment industry. The said show was the rival of the Kapamilya show ASAP Natin ‘To.
Now, that Mr. M is in GMA, speculations surfaced that Piolo will do the same as what he did when the former did a project in the Kapatid network.
However, based on the article in Pang-Masa, during a recent interview on ABS-CBN’s Cinema News, Piolo Pascual denied the rumors saying that he will be a Kapuso. “I have never left and will never leave my Kapamilya. I am a Kapamilya through and through,” the A-list actor said.
Meanwhile, in a previous article, Piolo shared the lesson he learned about love after doing the movie My Amanda with Alessandra de Rossi. The said movie is now streaming on Netflix and is earning popularity.
