However, Alison insisted her rights because the customer had already consumed some meals and she is obliged to pay the lechon package. The female client still refused to pay and even asked her for a receipt and BIR permit.

  1. The customer is in the wrong… She hired the catering and agreed to the terms. It is not the responsibility of the caterers to ensure the customers guest attend or eat. It is however the responsibility of the customer to uphold the agreement and to Pay for the food she arranged the caterers to prepare.
