Agdon is said to have become enraged after his boss, Chenee Acuzar, a 27-year-old architect from Sta. Maria, Bulacan, refused to approve his cash advance. Acuzar accused Agdon of robbery hold-up with frustrated homicide.

According to the Quezon City Police District’s (QCPD) Kamuning Police Station 10 (PS-10) report, the incident occurred about 2:45 p.m. on July 21 on the 18th floor of the Victoria de Morato Condominium, located at 40 Scout Borromeo St., Barangay South Triangle.

When Agdon came to demand a cash advance because he needed money, the victim was supposedly inside his office and busy working. The victim, on the other hand, is said to have refused the suspect’s demand. Agdon became enraged and resolved to defy his master.

Agdon is also accused of attempting to murder the victim. Dhir Salim and Norhudin Kamsa, security officers, allegedly heard the ruckus and rescued their boss, arresting the culprit, who is now in police custody.
