Amid the third-party issues, Aljur Abrenica promotes his new film and speaks about doing intimate scenes.
ALJUR ABRENICA – Controversial actor Aljur Abrenica speaks of doing daring and intimate scenes with his “Nerisa” leading lady Cindy Miranda.
In a previous article, actor Aljur Abrenica has been shielded by his VIVA management by preventing the press people to ask questions about his personal life. It was unlikely during conferences to happen such incident but pure promotions sake of the film, the actor dodge the questions that may spark issues. It just so happen that the film’s conference was set to happen after the controversial revelations of Robin Padilla about them emerged online.
Robin confirmed that he and his wife Kylie Padilla got separated already and the reason is because of a third party. Kylie asked for respect for them and for her two young, fragile boys. In her official statement, she expressed that for the sake of their children, they are working on a “healthy co-parenting relationship”. To recall, it has just been over two years since they got married.
And now, amid the issues of the actor, the issues surfaced just right in time for the launching of his new film entitled “Nerisa”. His leading lady is the beauty queen Cindy Miranda and in the film, they did a handful of daring and intimate scenes. His comeback film is written by the award-winning Ricky Lee and directed by Lawrence Fajardo.
And speaking about doing daring scenes, he is glad that they were able to pull off what they are aiming to show. He described his leading lady as very professional and very at ease working with him. He said as per report from ABS-CBN, “Kung paano ko ma-mind-set sa kanya na safe siya and at ease siya with me. Kaya naging maganda ang eksena namin. Hindi niyo makikita ang inhibitions. Very passionate ang pagmamahalan namin sa isa’t isa.”
It was filmed in Alabat Island, Quezon, and Miranda, playing the titular role, said that the character is very challenging to portray. She shared, “Dito sa ‘Nerisa,’ makikita nila na hindi ako beauty queen dito. Pangit ako, madungis. Sana makita nila na akres ako dito.”
