Here’s why Anne Curtis has a meeting with some executives of the GMA network.
ANNE CURTIS – People get alarmed after Anne Curtis had a meeting with the executives of the GMA-7. Is she following in the footstep of Bea Alonzo?
Former Kapamilya star Bea Alonzo is now officially a Kapuso after almost a year without a contract and the shut down of her home network. And many questions were raised when another Kapamilya queen was spotted having a meeting with GMA executives virtually.
Joey Abacan, the film producer and GMA First Vice President for Program Management, shared the conference on social media. Along with Abacan, she also met with GMA Pictures president Annette Gozon-Valdes. Such photo emerging online postulated that she might follow the steps of Alonzo. To recall, before transferring to ABS-CBN in 2004, Anne was a part of GMA’s roster of talents.
With the photo leaving many netizens abuzz, Anne went to her social media account to make some clarifications and calm those who seemingly had a panic after seeing her with the executives of her network’s rival. She said on her Twitter that now has over 14 million followings:
“Hahaha Yes. Kalma. They pitched a film for next year na hindi pa naman sure yet. As always, I need to read the script first before making a decision. The last viva x gma film I did was IN YOUR EYES with Ate Claudine & Richard. I was already a Kapamilya then. So Kalma Lang!”
Further giving her assurance, she revealed that she’s also set to return to noontime show “Its Showtime” where she is one of the main hosts. She just took a leave for giving birth being a mother for the first time.
