RIP PNoy Trends on Twitter Due to Former President’s Unexpected Demise
RIP PNoy is now trending on Twitter after former president Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III passed away, netizens mourned over his untimely death.
On Thursday (June 24, 2021), ex- president Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III has been rushed to the Capitol Medical Center in Quezon City. His sister Kris Aquino and former cabinet secretaries Mar Roxas and Rene Almendras have been spotted at the hospital.
After a few moments, NoyNoy passed away, according to a family member who refused to be named after confirming the sad news. Aquino is a known smoker before he has been hospitalized and died.
However, the family did not disclose the latter’s cause of death and yet to give an official statement regarding the incident.
Recently, #RIPPNoy becomes one of the most trending topics on Twitter as well as other social media platforms including Facebook. NoyNoy’s death has been also featured in both international and local news outlets.
A lot of netizens have expressed their condolences and even mourned after hearing the bad news. Some social media users have reminisced the achievements of the former presidents and even posted his old photos.
