BLU Vivo XI+ runs on the Android 8.1 (Oreo) upgradable to the Android 9.0 (Pie) operating system. The device is packed with 4GB and 6GB RAM options while the internal storage has 64GB and 128GB options.

The budget phone comes with a screen size of 6.2 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2246 pixels, an 18.7:9 aspect ratio. It measures 155 x 75.5 x 7.8 mm and weighs 199 grams. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

BLU Vivo XI+ sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising a 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel (depth) sensor with features like HDR and LED flash. For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, a single camera on the front features a 16-megapixel (wide) camera.

Sensors on the budget phone include iris scanner, fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. Connectivity options on the Vivo XI+ include WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, USB Type-C 2.0, FM radio, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1.

The smartphone fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 3050 mAh battery + Qi wireless charging. It was launched in Silver and Black colors.
