Resto-Bar in Cebu Raided After Found Guests Violating Health Protocol
Authorities raided a resto-bar in Cebu after management and guests found violating the health and safety protocols amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Authorities claimed that no physical separation was noticed and that the resto-bar was open past the curfew, according to a report. The employees and clients were taken to a gym and given citation tickets, as well as fines of P500 each.
During the investigation, a conflict erupted between a violation and a government official. A foreigner also complained about having to stand in line for two hours simply to pay the fine.

According to the netizen, this pub is always open till 3 a.m., despite the fact that it is overcrowded.
Caballes claimed that after monitoring the high-end bar on the 22nd story of a building in Barangay Luz, the “Oplan Bulabog” or surprise inspection was carried out around 12 a.m. today, Sunday, June 20. Caballes continued, This pub normally caters to high-class clients who must book ahead of time before entering the area.
The resto-bar has yet to publish a statement on the situation. Until June 30, Cebu City is under a modified general community quarantine.
