They were found with packets of suspected shabu worth P83,000 in their possession. Two were accused with breaching Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, sections 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) and 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs).

Meanwhile, in Barangay Tumana, Marikina City Police nabbed a man following a buy-bust operation. The suspect reportedly sold a package of suspected shabu to the fictitious buyer.

The suspect is on the NCRPO’s Top 10 priority list on illegal drugs, according to Marikina City Police, because of his alleged involvement in illegal drugs. It’s possible that the suspect’s 21-year-old customers are also teenagers.

When the operation took place, he was with a 15-year-old female. They each seized P34,000 worth of suspected shabu bundles.
