Young Girl Althea Tumapon Earns Praises Online For Saving Money for Her Education
A young girl named Althea Tumapon from Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte takes initiative to save money for her family and education.
The four-year-old girl Althea Tumapon goes viral online for saving money to help family and education despite her young age. Althea’s mother and father were both deaf and mute, prompting the little kid to save money.
Marefe Sanes, Althea’s auntie has shared the photos of her niece together with her family and the money she saved. Sanes did not expect that her post would gone viral. The toddler is saving the money gave by her grandparents.
Sanes explained that the little girl started to save money since 2018 and no one told her to do it. The kid’s savings worth P1, 500 become a big help to their family especially when Althea’s mom gives birth to her sibling.
The young girl is starting to save money again after her savings have been spent. She is saving again in order to buy school supplies for her studies.
