Comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz shared his funny reaction to the recent Jollibee fried towel issue through his post on Facebook.
A netizen aired her dismay over the popular Chicken Joy of the Pinoy fast-food chain. Angelique Perez claimed that the supposed fried chicken she ordered from the BGC branch of Jollibee turned out to be a fried towel.
She criticized the company for this “mistake” and questioned why this kind of incident happened. Following this, the management of the fast-food chain closed the said branch for three days to investigate.
This issue garnered various reactions from the online community. There were netizens who showed support for Perez and even shared their similar “stories” about the fast-food chain.

However, there were also those who defended Jollibee, especially those who worked or working in the company or knew someone who is an employee. Several celebrity endorsers of the Jollibee also showed support for the company and its products.
One of the celebrities who reacted to the Jollibee fried towel issue is Ogie Diaz. Through his Facebook post, the comedian-talent manager shared his thoughts on this matter.
“Pasensya na. Love pa rin namin ang chicken joy ng Jollibee. Saka lang ako mate-turn off pag pritong kumot na ang makakain ko,” he wrote in his FB post.
Thousands of netizens commented, reacted, and shared this post of Ogie. He is the talent manager of Liza Soberano who is also one of the celebrity endorsers of Jollibee.
