Unidentified woman sues Tony Labrusca and the actor’s camp has this statement.
TONY LABRUSCA – Famous BL actor Tony Labrusca faces raps for his aggressive behavior during an event and here’s his lawyer’s statement.
Based on a previous article, Kapamilya Tony Labrusca faces two counts of aggravated acts of lasciviousness and aggravated slight physical injuries under Article 336 and Article 266 of the Revised Penal Code, respectively. The charges are based on the violent and aggressive behaviors the actor has displayed during an event where he allegedly intentionally flicked a female guest’s strap resulting in the exposure of her private in front of many people and forcing her to sit on his lap.
The slight physical injuries case was filed by the brother of jewelry brand owner Drake Ibay following the choking incident. These events happened during a party amid the pandemic held at Ibay’s house last January. Ibay, in a series of posts, showed proof and evidence of how the mother of the actor has twisted the story which eventually triggered them to file raps.
Atty. Reggie Tongol, in a statement, said that his clients were traumatized after experiencing such violent and lewd actions for the first time. It added that Labrusca, more than being a public figure is a foreigner in the country, thus, he must not be abusive to women.
After the formal filing of criminal charges, Atty. Joji Alonso, the lawyer of the actor, spoke about this and confirmed that they are informed about the file legal cases against his BL actor client. It stated that they cannot make any “judicious” comment yet because they are still waiting to receive the Complaint-Affidavits.
It added, “We call the public to be mindful of casting judgment based on mere allegations and unfounded claims. We welcome the legal process taking its course, where in the end, the truth shall always prevail.”
