Two counts of aggravated acts of lasciviousness and aggravated slight physical injuries, Tony Labrusca faces filed charges against him.
TONY LABRUSCA – Famous actor Tony Labrusca faces criminal complaints of lasciviousness and slight physical injuries.
Previously catching attention online are the revelations of jewelry brand owner Drake Ibay in a series of posts about Tony Labrusca. The incident happened last July 16, 2021, and a clip along with these revelations showed a peek of what has happened.
It all happened during a house party and the posts were about the violent behavior of the actor during that event. It took place at Ibay’s residence in Makati City for his sister’s birthday celebration. The businessman accused Tony of choking his brother and intentionally flicking down the strap of a female guest’s dress the reason why her chest was put on display for a brief moment in front of many people.
However, based on the series of Instagram posts, the actor’s party tried to resolve the issue in a quiet manner. But what made him frustrated and eventually airing it out social media is when they tried to lie and cover up what the actor has done.
And just recently, a woman has formally filed criminal complaints against the actor regarding this incident. According to a report from MJ Felipe, Labrusca was charged with two counts of aggravated acts of lasciviousness and aggravated slight physical injuries. It was filed right before the Makati City’s Prosecutor and furthered that she was maliciously violated by the actor twice.
The woman who filed the complaints is a friend of Ibay and confessed that the flicking of her spaghetti straps was done by the actor intentionally which resulted to the exposure of her private part and pulled her to him to be placed n his lap.
The slight physical injuries complaint was filed by Ibay’s brother following the choking incident out of nowhere as per Ibay.
