Male Netizen Slams Lady Complainant Over Jollibee Fried Towel Issue “Sorry to say, sobrang OA lang”

A male netizen defended Jollibee and lambasted the lady complainant “Sorry to say this, pero sobrang OA lang”.

A Facebook user named Rans Martinez has defended the popular fast-food chain and lambasted the lady customer who posted her complaint against Jollibee. The post garnered various reactions from the netizens.

Martinez stressed out the damage done by the lady complainant towards the fast-food chain after posting her complaints online. He said that the woman could settle the issue internally to avoid further troubles.

Rans said that Jollibee is Filipino brand, which is very popular not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. The issue does not only affect the trust of the Filipinos but also the trust of foreign nationals towards the fast-food.

The male netizen also said that the “fried towel” issue also affects the crews of Bonifacio branch due to the three day closure. He also lamented that the company gives jobs for Filipinos amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

See? Look of the damage na ginawa ng complainant towards Jollibee? No damage has been done sa part nya. Bakit di nalang inayos to internally with Jollibee? May pa-tulfo pa? Ano effect? It’s a Filipino brand na sikat all over the world then because of this incident nabawasan yung tiwala ng mga tao not only Filipinos but also sa foreign countries. Sorry to say this, pero sobrang OA lang. Hindi ko din maintindihan sa karamihan sa kapwa natin Pilipino bakit pinagpyestahan masyado to? Hindi nyo man lng inisip na it’s our own??? It’s a Filipino pride brand. Bakit ganun? Masaya kau? I’m not being biased but it can be resolved internally.

In addition, ano din effect to all the crews under the establishment na pinasuspend for 3 days ni Jollibee? Edi nawalan sila ng kita? It will also affect all the employees all the branches kung maliit ang kita ng Jollibee mapipilitan magbawas ng empleyado? She’s an HR head pala why not hindi nya inisip ung mga effects sa lahat ng aspects? Jollibee gives so many jobs for Filipinos even pandemic, sobrang kinailngan sila.
