Lady Customer Airs Dismay Towards Popular Fast-Food Chain Over Poor Service Quality
A disappointed lady customer lambasted a popular fast-food chain at SM Mall of Asia over poor service quality.
A Facebook user named Alanis Enrique has expressed her disappointment towards the branch of Jollibee in SM Mall of Asia due to bad service. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
Alanis and her boyfriend ordered chicken joy meals but she found her chicken “unpleasant” and half-cooked. Her boyfriend asked the manager to replace it but it refused to replace the food and explained that it was natural for the leg part.
Enrique also asked the opinion of her mom and found out that the chicken is inappropriate to eat and requested the manager to replace it. Unfortunately, the store manager refused to replace it with a new one.
The lady customer got irritated and questioned the fast-food chain’s quality of service. The manager eventually replaced it but she is thinking that the crews in the kitchen did something to her food.

Lol, let me share u my experience with the “where is the joy sa chicken joy?” (mejo mahaba)
We decided to have lunch sa jollibee since nag crave din ako sa chicken “joy” nila . After we received our order, pag open ko ng chicken is parang di na pleasant yung istura then I asked my bf if pwede ba niya ask na papalitan yung chicken kasi parang di luto or half cooked ata. Then the manager refused to replaced the chicken and said that “Luto po yan, ganyan po talaga kapag sa leg part”
So sige dedma ako, then nag pirapiraso na ko ng chicken pero di lang kasi yung isang part yung ganyan color then we tried to compare yung sa bf ko tyaka sakin which is same leg part. Before I tried my 2nd attempt to replace this chicken, I asked my mom and sa ka-crew ko (ex crew din sa jollibee)cause I need feedback before ako gumawa ng action.
After that, I asked the same manager na baka pwede nila palitan kasi di talaga kaaya aya yung itsura ng chicken. She still insisted that luto po yan, ganyan po talaga yung leg part. Mag order ba ko ng leg part kung ganyan? I always go for leg or thigh part. Di ko first time mag order sa jollibee haha so I said “No, di talaga appropriate yung looks nung chicken para kainin. Di sa maarte ako pero kasi concern lang ako sa health ko”.
She still refused my request. That’s the time na mejo naiirita na ko kasi gutom ako. “Ganyan ba talaga customer service nyo? I also worked as a service crew pero di kami ganyan and pinapalitan agad namin kapag nag request si customer”
“Papalitan ko yan maam, pero gusto muna kita bigyan ng knowledge about jan”
like wow?? Not to bragged but like I said that nag work ako sa fast food (Mcdo) and my managers are not like that, super caring nila sa customers cause we want them to experience a better customer service. We’re the one who pleased our customers to “Palitan na lang po namin yan maam”. What a poor trained manager
I said “No, I have knowledge with that. So di mo talaga papalitan?” Then inulit nya yung bibigyan nya daw akong knowledge about dun haha. Pinigilan ko rin bf ko na makisali sa usapan namin then tinitigan ko na lang yung manager.
Of course pinalitan nya then “padabog na nilagay yung plate sa counter with “Oh ayan po maam di na po leg part yan” “ok pakitake out na lang ako nyan” like bat ko pa kakainin? Sa harap ko nga ganyan ka, pano pa kaya sa loob ng kitchen nyo? baka kung ano pa ginawa mo sa food ko then I saw the crew is laughing while assembling my take out order. So confirmed hahaha something happened?
Disclaimer: I didn’t took any pic of the manager and also I don’t want to mention her name. I know she loves her job u can judge me as u want pero nabastos ako and ngayon lang ako naka encounter ng ganon dahil lagi akong magalang sa mga nagwowork sa fast food dahil alam ko yung hard work nila.”
