The viral customer finally speaks up after criticizing a popular fast-food chain over insufficient gravy for a bucket of chicken joy.

Earlier, the video footage of a lady customer named Valerie Ignacio who expressed her disappointment towards the employees of a popular fast-food restaurant for giving her four cups of gravy after buying 8 pieces of chicken goes viral online.

The female customer said that her gravy is not enough for the number of chickens she bought. The sentiments of the lady netizen garnered massive amount of criticisms from the online community.

However, the online community defended Jollibee and explained that the fast-food chain is providing only four cups of gravy per bucket of chicken joy, which is allegedly included on the company’s rules and regulations.

Recently, Valerie Ignacio finally speaks up regarding the issue. The woman defended herself from the bashers and cries out for justice. She also lambasted the Facebook page “Tic Tac Toe” for their caption.
