Delivery Rider Airs Disappointment After Receiving P7 Compensation for Return Trip Due to Canceled Order
A delivery rider has expressed his disappointment after receiving only P7 compensation for a canceled order.
Over the past few years, countless delivery riders have been complaining against fake booking and canceled orders. They usually loses money when a customer refused to accept or canceled the order.
Courier and delivery companies are already making an effort to protect the rights of the delivery employees. However, some firms still failed to give the riders with proper compensation when it comes to canceled orders and fake bookings.
A Facebook user named Ariel S Lanzuela has expressed his disappointment towards PH dispatching for allegedly paying him P7 for return trip. The post garnered various reactions from the social media users.
Lanzuela is seeking justice after receiving P7 compensation for a return trip due to order cancellation. The rider lamented that he properly returned the item to the store and yet he received an inappropriate payment.
