PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Updates for April 28 (Wednesday)

The state weather bureau PAGASA releases the latest weather update in the country for Wednesday (April 28, 2021).

On Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather updates. The weather bureau announced that the easterlies and the localized thunderstorms would affect the country’s weather condition.

PAGASA reported that the easterlies would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, and Benguet.

The localized thunderstorms would bring similar weather condition with thunderstorms over the entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro. Metro Manila and the rest of the country would also experience the same weather.

The weather agency also advised the public to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The coastal water conditions over the northern and eastern section of the country as well as the remaining parts of the archipelago would be slight to moderate, according to the weather agency.
