AI-AI DELAS ALAS – Actress-comedienne Ai-Ai delas Alas explained why she will not yet receive the COVID-19 vaccine offered to her.

Currently, the health authorities in the Philippines are administering the COVID-19 vaccines. In the vaccination ladder, the healthcare workers and the senior citizens are the top priorities.

One of those who refused to receive the COVID-19 vaccine offered to her is actress-comedienne Ai-Ai delas Alas. Based on a report on Pep, she cited that there are a lot of senior citizens and the poor individuals who needs the vaccine.

As for the comedienne, she is calling for encouragements to pray over the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the article, she cited that only God knows on when the pandemic will truly be over.

Ai-Ai delas Alas encourages everyone too to just accept what is happening now and be more in prayers as it is possibly what God wants. She event wants a minute spared for prayer to be joined by everyone.

Currently, PH is eyeing a herd immunity but even President Rodrigo Roa Duterte admitted that the vaccines are still not enough. Stricter community quarantine measures now are up in some parts of the country again following a spike in the cases of COVID-19.
