Is this the post that Maine Mendoza has apologized for just recently?
MAINE MENDOZA – Yaya Dub Maine Mendoza said her apologies just recently, is this the controversial deleted post she was sorry about?
The decade-old Tweets of Kapuso actress Maine Mendoza has been making rounds online and it was something she was sincerely sorry about. In her latest post, she expressed her apologies explaining that it was her young and careless self saying such words at that time. Her detractors said that the post made was “racist” and “homophobic” and it as offended several people.

In as early as 2009, she joined Twitter and started tweeting then which was way before she debuted as the country’s “Yaya Dub” and became the other half of the phenomenal love team ‘AlDub’ with Alden Richards in 2015. She expressed that she has already learned her lessons and vowed to be more careful with her thoughts and words, may it be in personal or in social media.
Although there were those who aired their disappointment at her, several from her fans also expressed understanding to what she did because accordingly, “everybody goes to that phase”. She was just around 15 or 16 years old at that time when she made the tweet.
At the height of this issue, there was a screenshot circulating online where she wrote “bading” in her post where she seems to be in fury over someone. The nows deleter post says, “Kung wala kang magandang sasabihin, mas mabuting manahimik ka na lang. Bading.”
An old Tweet from the actress about GMA program Daisy Siete has also made rounds online. It resurfaced in 2016 which is 6 years after she wrote such a post.
