This is the life now of Donita Rose in the States
Former actress-host Donita Rose revealed her new job in the United States of America after she left entertainment industry in the Philippines.
Donita has been part of showbiz since the 90s. She was popularly known as one of the MTV video jockeys in Asia. Her hosting career brought milestones in her life. The last movie where she appeared was in Seven Sundays back in 2017.
Now, she is living again in the U.S. To recall, an article in 2013 stated that the former actress was working as a chef in the said country.
Last year, Ruffa Gutierrez shared that her close friend Donita Rose was struggling because she had no projects amid the pandemic. The latter is a single mother to her son JP. August last year, Donita and her son left the Philippines to live with her brother Paul in the U.S.
In a recent Instagram post of the former actress, she shared that she is now the official “Corporate R&D (research and development) Chef” of Island Pacific, US-based Filipino supermarket owned by the family of former actress Krista Ranillo’s husband.
Donita will also be working with G Tongi who is the marketing and branding consultant ng chain of supermarket, based on the article in Pang-Masa.
“Wait ‘til you see what we’ve been working on together with @gtongi & @maricelaguilar2010 to bring Philippine Cuisine to the next level,” the former VJ wrote in the caption of her post.
Krista commented on this post of Donita with obvious excitement. “Welcome to the family Dee! IP is blessed to have you!” she said.
Several female celebrities in the Philippines also congratulated Donita Rose for her new job.
