PAGASA: Luzon Expects Fair Weather & Localized Thunderstorms to Affect Rest of PH

PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Thursday (April 8)

The state weather bureau PAGASA said that Luzon expects a fair weather condition while the localized thunderstorms would affect the rest of the country.

On Thursday (April 8, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The localized thunderstorms and northeasterly wind flow would affect the country’s weather condition.

PAGASA reported that the Northeasterly Windflow would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Abra, Benguet, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan.

However, Luzon would have a generally fair weather condition with a maximum temperature of 33 degrees Celsius in Metro Manila, Legazpi, and Laoag.

The localized thunderstorms would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over the entire Visayas and Mindanao regions. Mindanao would have a good weather in the morning but thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over northern Luzon would be moderate to rough. The surrounding sea conditions over the rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao would be slight to moderate.
