Kapamilya actress Julia Barretto and actor Gerald Anderson whose controversial allegations about their relationship started after they finished doing their Between Maybes movie have finally become open to the public. Their confirmation was a bit intriguing and many people gave their opinion against it and even the actor’s ex-girlfriend, whom he accordingly cheated on, Bea Alonzo, has this “time as the ultimate truth teller” post which added to the tension of intrigues on their relationship.

In a tell-all interview, Gerald admitted to knowing that he is controversial because of his love life and due to the several women romantically linked to him. He is accordingly a private person living with a public job. He said, “Because I’m controversial. I’m bashed because of my personal life and my love life.”
And just recently, being open to the public now, Julia’s mother Marjorie Barretto seemingly got so fond of him as well. In an IG story, she shared a clip of Gerald and Julia who ate their ordered pasta first and it can be heard that Gerald is laughing in the background while saying “Sorry”.
