The Overseas Filipino Worker identified as alias “JM” went to the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLOs) in Jeddah to seek help after she has been fired from her job. She was fired after caught making TikTok video while wearing the uniform of the company.

The agency summoned the Pinay OFW to the office and ordered her to remove the video she uploaded online. The company also dismissed her from the job because of her act.

Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Welfare Officer James Mendiola reminded the OFWs especially those who were in Saudi Arabia to be more care when posting videos online.
