Claudine Barretto talked about her future as a partner and a mother
Optimum Star Claudine Barretto expressed that she is ready to have a new relationship and a new baby in the future.
Claudine was married to estranged husband Raymart Santiago. They had been separated for quite a long time now. The actor is now in a relationship with actress Jodi Sta. Maria.
Based on the article in Bandera, Claudine admitted that she is still single right now but she said that she is ready to let romance enter into her life.
In a vlog with her best friend in show business Janelle Jamer, the Optimum Star was asked if she is ready to have a boyfriend. “Oo naman. Kaya lang, wala pa rin talagang dumarating. Hindi ko rin kinukulit si God, kapag dumating, eh darating talaga. Ganu’n talaga, eh,” Claudine Barretto answered.
During the vlog, her ex-boyfriend, the late Rico Yan, was also talked about. The actress admitted that she still loves him and this feeling is beyond death.
Claudine also mentioned that there is one thing that she regrets and this is having just a short period of time with Rico. “Sana nandoon ako nung nangyari ‘yung dapat sana ay hindi nangyari,” she said.
The Optimum Star also shared that she wants to have a biological child in the future. Claudine Barretto now has 4 children. If there is a chance, she wants to have a child with her future partner. With this, she is thinking of “egg freezing”.
“Sana. Kasi 41 na ako. ‘Yung mom ko 46 yata nu’ng magbuntis sa akin. Sana kapag nakahanap na ako, kapag dumating na si Mr. Right, sana magkaroon pa. Pero ‘di ba, gaya ng pinag-usapan natin, nagpapa-freeze ng eggs ngayon. Isa pang biological,” the actress said.
