PAGASA – Tail-end Of Frontal System To Affect East Central And Southern Luzon Of This February 10, 2021

PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day February 10, 2021 (Wednesday).

The latest update from the state weather bureau says that the Tail-end of a Frontal System will be affecting the eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon, while the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will be affecting Northern Luzon on this day.

According to the bureau’s official website, the Tail-end of a Frontal System will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Visayas, Bicol Region, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, CALABARZON, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Aurora.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate to heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the northeast Monsoon or amihan will bring cloudy skies with rains over Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Amihan will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Ilocos Region. The rest of the country will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Based on the update, the wind and coastal water condition forecast says that Northern and eastern sections of the country will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction, while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the northeast direction, while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
