Earlier this week, Ashly Arellano Himor wrote a heartfelt message on her Facebook account describing the experiences of Philippine Airlines employees amid the massive lay off due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Arellano’s heartwarming message touched the hearts of the social media users. The tear-jerking message also brought tears to her fellow flight attendants who lost their job due to the health crisis.
The young woman expressed her sadness after choosing to voluntarily resign at PAL. Ashly also shared how her job as flight attendant helped her to overcome her fears.
Behind the public’s knowledge, Himor is a graduate of Bicol University Graduate School in Legazpi City, Albay. She completed her course in English: Literary Criticism and Theory then worked as PAL Express (2P) flight attendant for at least three years.
