Here’s what Claudine Barretto said about Gretchen Barretto
Optimum Star Claudine Barretto talked about her older sister Gretchen Barretto and reveals if the latter will still return to showbiz.
In the entertainment industry in the Philippines, it is quite a normal thing for celebrities to take a break for a while or even for a long period of time and then go back in doing showbiz projects.
However, in Gretchen’s case, apparently, there is no going back anymore. Based on the article from PEP, Claudine Barretto revealed that Gretchen Barretto is not returning to the entertainment industry.
“Ayaw na niyang mag-showbiz. Ayaw niya, very busy siya. Alam mo yung ate ko, businesswoman na siya. Ngayong umuwi na si Dominique (Greta’s daughter with Tonyboy Cojuangco), may ilang projects na pinagpaplanuhan niya,” the Optimum Star shared.
Claudine also revealed that her older sister really works at an office from ne o’clock until eight o’ clock in the evening.
“Yun na yung… nagpapaka-business-minded ang ate ko. Yung Okada, yung online gambling, siya lahat yun. Siya yung nakatutok talaga dun,” the actress added. Claudine even said that it will be impossible for her Ate Gretchen to do small projects.
“Impossible. Impossible na yun. Hindi, hindi talaga possible. Pero sabi ko, ‘Kung magka-YouTube channel ako, guest ka naman.’ ‘Oo naman,’” she shared.
Claudine Barretto also shared that Gretchen Barretto expressed excitement when she told her that she is set to do a movie.
Meanwhile, the youngest among the Barretto sisters shared in a previous article that her sister Marjorie Barretto will be her inspiration for her role in her upcoming movie.
