PRESIDENT DUTERTE – Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte made controversial remarks about women in his latest speech and these female celebs react to it.
“You know, the emotional setup of a woman and a man is totally different. It will drive you nuts. This is the sad story,” says President Rodrigo Duterte during his speech at the formal opening of the Skyway Stage 3 project. This is his explanation by saying that women are not fit to be a country’s president despite the fact that two of his predecessors are women.
This is not the first time that the president expressed something against women and his misogynistic remarks drew ire online. He also revealed discouraging his daughter, current Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte to run for president. However, just recently, the 42-year-old daughter of Duterte topped the list of an opinion poll as to who is the preferred candidate of the people for the 2022 elections.
Such remark of the president has caught social media attention and famous female personalities has reacted to it through their respective social media pages.
