Disappointed Online Seller Shares Photos of Customer’s Orders Replacing w/ Trash by Courier Company
An online seller lambasted a certain courier company for allegedly replacing the customer’s orders with trash and non-sense items.
A Facebook user named Charles Dnaltian has expressed his disappointment towards a courier company over alleged irresponsible service. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
Charles criticized LEX PH for alleged replacing the orders of customers with trash and non-sense items. He already lost 10 pieces of HJC RPHA HELMET due to the illegal activity of the firm and each helmet is worth P28, 000.
Dnaltiam said that the courier is giving a refund on the lost item and also pays for damaged products but stressed out that the poor quality service destroys the image of their store and Lazada to the customers.
In the video, it can be also heard that the online seller is also cursing the courier for their poor quality of service.
