Will Janine Gutierrez be a Kapamilya soon?
Actress Janine Gutierrez, who has been part of GMA for several years now, allegedly will transfer to ABS-CBN.
TV network distinction in the Philippines is very obvious. Many stars have exclusive contracts with certain TV companies. For several years, Janine has done TV and movie projects in the Kapuso network.
However, rumors surfaced just recently that she could be seen in the Kapamilya network soon. Based on the article by entertainment columnist Salve Asis in Pilipino Star Ngayon, GMA is set to let go of Janine.
The showbiz writer shared that her Facebook friend has said something about this. Asis added that it is being rumored that she will transfer to ABS-CBN soon.
It is because her contract with GMA has already expired and the media company will not renew it anymore as what Asis received in a chat message. The columnist also shared her observation that Janine Gutierrez has no current show and that she is just active on social media now.

However, Asis pointed out, actress Sanya Lopez has two shows – First Yaya with Gabby Concepcion and Agimat ng Agila with Bong Revilla.
At the time of writing, the camp of Janine Gutierrez has not released any statement yet regarding this matter.
Meanwhile, previously, GMA did not renew also its contract with Kris Bernal who was one of the ultimate winners of Kapuso reality talent search StarStruck.
Kris is now under the management of Cornerstone Entertainment and has a show on TV5. In a previous interview, she revealed that the non-renewal of her contract with her former home network saddened her.
