BORACAY TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS – Amid the pandemic Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), here’s are the requirements to travel to Boracay.

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has prompted many businesses to close down temporarily while some met the worst, to close down permanently. And as soon as the quarantine protocol loosened up to most parts of the countries, among the first destinations to have reopened is the Boracay Island.

They are accepting tourists from GCQ and MGCQ areas in the country. Several famous celebrities have already been there such as Raymond Gutierrez and Bubbles Paraiso.

Here are the requirements for tourists:

A negative RT-PCR test result within 72 hours before arriving to Caticlan Airport.
Book accommodation and make sure it is confirmed in DOT-accredited places and an identification card to show proof of residence under GCQ or MGCQ.
They also have to fill up the Online Health Declaration Form at www.touristboracay.com online.
Send your copy of the negative result, confirmed hotel booking, and ID to [email protected] and put “OHDC-Family Name, First Name” in your e-mail subject.
When on the island, keep with you at all times your tourist QR Code and copy of your Health Declaration Card.
