He surrendered to the Rosales police station in Pangasinan province and now under the custody of the Paniqui police. However, digging up, it has been found out that facing charges is no stranger to the officer. Accordingly, there are 6 other administrative cases filed and decided against him.

The cases are 2 grave misconduct dated May 9 December 29 last year, Serious neglect of duty, Less grave neglect of duty, Admin case – Grave Misconduct, and a 10-day suspension way back 2010.

As per the video, the authorities reported that the argument between his daughter and the old lady, one of the victims, seemed to have triggered him which resulted in such a happening. The Commission on Human Rights condemned the act including several politicians, famous celebrities, and people online. They seek justice for the loss of innocent lives.
