Banking Schedule of BPI, UCPB For Christmas, New Year Holidays

BPI – The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) has announced its banking schedules for the holidays.

As the Christmas and New Year holidays come closer, people may need to go to the banks to have some last-minute transactions. The Philippines’ major banks will be closed nationwide before the long holiday break

BPI and UCPB have announced schedules for the 2020 Christmas holidays and New Year. Select bank branches will be open to serve clients during the nearing of the holidays.

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)

The bank will be closed on Dec.24, 25, 30, and 31, and Jan. 1. BPI advised their clients to settle government transactions and bill payments before the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Our digital channels — BPI Online, Mobile app, ATMs, and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs) — remain accessible for your everyday banking needs,” BPI said.

United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB)

All branches of UCPB will be closed on Dec. 24, 25, 30, 31, 2020, and Jan. 1. The bank’s cash deposit machines and ATMs will be available.

“Please note that checks deposited before cut-off on December 23, 2020 will be available for withdrawal on December 28, 2020.”

“In the meantime, our UCPB ATMs and electronic banking facilities are available for your transactions during the holiday season. Regular banking operations will resume on Monday, January 4, 2020,” the bank said.
