Crazy Man Caught on Camera Punching Lady Passenger Inside Public Jeepney
The video footage of a crazy man who punched an innocent lady passenger inside of a public jeepney circulates online.
A Facebook user named Claire Margaret Arco has shared the video footage of a crazy man who punched an innocent lady passenger. The video footage is now circulating online and elicits comments from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the Claire and its colleague where slowly driving along Lacson Street in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental when the dashcam of their vehicle capture how the unidentified man suddenly punched a female passenger.
The other passengers inside the jeepney neglect the incident and did not bother to chase culprit for its action. The culprit was able to walk away without facing the consequence of his action.
Arco is calling the attention of the authorities to take necessary actions regarding the problem. She also said that the man is freely roaming around the city and might hurt other people as well.
