According to the article of Philstar, the congressman said that it is not a prediction but it will be true that ABS-CBN will open in 2021. Atienza said in a chance interview that with the ruling of Congressman Allan Lord Velasco as Speaker of the House, it’s not impossible.

“Hindi hula yun, that’s a reality mangyayari ‘yun,” nang tanungin ko rin tungkol dito. “I am really confident, justice will prevail by next year,” he said.

“They were maltreated, they were maltreated, they were eventually assassinated, so they should be given justice,” he added.

He also stressed that he’s just giving the new speaker time to settle, adding that it’s a major battle, “Hindi naman natin puwedeng biglain, kauupo lamang niya.”

“But I am not shying away from the responsibility and for the opportunity to come – that I’m working on – para maibalik natin ‘yung floor discussion. Hindi ‘yung special firing squad. Ang pumatay sa ABS-CBN, firing squad lang, eh,” he added.

Meanwhile, The Buhay Partylist Representative also confirmed that Senator Manny Pacquiao will run for the presidential position in 2022. “He’s running for president,” he said yesterday in a chance interview.

However, according to him, he will have a hard time choosing because there are three are expected to run for the presidency of the Philippines in the upcoming presidential election in 2022. He revealed that it is Manny Pacquiao, Mayor Isko Moreno, and Davao Mayor Sarah Duterte.

But Cong. Atienza is confident that it has the right to be president. “I know his thinking, I know his emotion, I know his heart, his background, he has every right to think about it,”
