Oil Firms To Implement Fuel Price Hike on Tuesday (December 1)

Several oil firms are set to impose price adjustments on petroleum products for the first week of December 2020.

Some oil companies are set to implement price increase on petroleum products starting December 1, 2020. The impending price adjustments would affect the prices of diesel and gasoline.

Petro Gazz would implement an increase of P1.10 per liter of diesel and P1.15 per liter of gasoline. The oil company would retain the price of kerosene.

Both Shell and Seaoil would impose the same price adjustments on diesel and gasoline. The oil firms would implement P1.10 increase per liter of kerosene. Clean Fuel would have the same price adjustments.

However, the price of kerosene would be freeze in areas under state of calamity after devastated by strings of typhoons, according to Shell. The recent price changes would start around 6:00 am on Tuesday.

Slight to moderate movement in prices of fuel products usually affect the economy. It also causes changes in prices of basic commodities and other food products.
