PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Updates for Saturday (November 28)

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the easterlies would bring cloudy conditions and rains over some parts of the country.

On Saturday (November 28, 2020), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather updates in the country. The easterlies would continue to affect the country’s weather condition.

PAGASA said that the Easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific region would bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers in Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country.

The easterlies woulkd also bring cloudy conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over rest of Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Group of Islands, and Occidental Mindoro. It would also affect Caraga and Davao region.

The cold front’s tail-end would also bring cloudy weather condition with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, Abra, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora and Benguet.

The northeast monsoon or locally known as “Amihan” would affect the weather condition over the Ilocos region, Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

The weather agency also warned the residents in the affected areas for possible flash floods and landslides at times heavy rains. They were also advised to take precautionary measures.
