PAGASA – LPA To Bring Scattered Rains Over Parts Of PH This November 27, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day November 27, 2020 (Friday).

The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was last spotted at the vicinity of Bubulong Munti, Bulacan as of 3 AM while the northeast monsoon or amihan will be affecting Luzon on this day.

According to GMA News, the LPA will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, central Luzon, CALABARZON, La Union, and Pangasinan.

The bureau warned that flash floods or landslides may occur especially during moderate to at times heavy rains.

Meanwhile, amihan will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, Visayas, and Mindanao. Flash floods or landslides may occur especially during severe thunderstorms.

Based on the report, for the wind speed forecast, northern and central Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving northeastward while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

Southern Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction while facing moderate coastal waters.

Visayas and Mindanao will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
