Claudine Barretto Reveals She Had Hand Surgery
CLAUDINE BARRETTO – ‘Optimum Star‘ Claudine Barretto revealed that she has to undergo surgery on his right hand.
Filipina actress Claudine Barretto is a household name among most Pinoys who grew up watching teleseryes. Her most iconic roles include the hopeful mermaid in “Marina,” inspiring OFW who falls in love in “Milan,” and a rebellious daughter in the hit drama film “Anak.”
The 41-year-old celebrity is the sister of two other celebrities, Gretchen Barretto and Marjorie Barretto. Young celebrity Julia Barretto is her niece.
On Sunday, November 22, Claudine Barretto took to her Instagram account to reveal that she had to undergo hand surgery. She shared videos of her being confined at St. Lukes Medical Center, Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.

Claudine Barretto appealed to her fans on social media today asking them to pray for her. She admitted her fears before the operation but she said she had to overcome it because it cannot be postponed. However, she did not give much details about her injury.
“Sorry I really look terrible. Ang sama ng itsura ko, mukhang may sakit talaga ako. I’m asking everybody to please pray for me and not to worry, my palanggas and Claudinians, strong naman ako, kaya ko naman.”
“I’m really scared pero my Ate Gretchen ever since this morning, she’s making me laugh and laugh and laugh so at least naging maganda ang araw ko.”
Claudine Barreto said she sustained that injury on her hand during her dad’s wake. It can be remembered that she was hospitalized after her physical confrontation with her sister Marjorie Barretto.
