Lang Leav trended on Twitter due to Pinoy netizens
Popular novelist/poet Lang Leav answered a joke from a netizen and this made Pinoy Twitter users laugh even more.
It is a given fact that Leav is one of the successful writers in this generation. Her fans particularly loves how she puts into words the feeling of love, fear, frustration, and more.
For many, she has also become an inspiration as her words may work wonders in one’s emotion. However, on Thursday, the Twitter community in the Philippines did not talk about her written masterpieces but the answer she had for a joke.
Twitter user @call_me_jas0n shared a screenshot of a message sent by an online shopping brand. The words in the message telling the customer that the parcel has will be delivered were arrange in a way that it was like a poem, just like how Leav does in her works.
Then, the netizen, obviously joking about this, captioned his post with, “Lang Leav found jobless”. This received a reply from the novelist/poet as she said, “Lang Leav found jobless after selling millions of books (smiling face with halo emoji).”
Because of this, Pinoy Twitter users laugh even more. They pointed out that the famous writer did not know that it was a joke while some said that she just did not get it.
There were also those who slammed her for reacting like that and in some comments, netizens revealed that Leav has blocked several Twitter users already.
