Senate Pres. Sherwin Gatchalian Makes Call for Sen. Imee Marcos Following Presidential Sister’s Vlog

SHERWIN GATCHALIAN – The Senate President reacted to the claim of presidential sister and Senator Imee Marcos that they are allegedly a failure.

Recently, several opinions were gathered by the latest video posted by presidential sister and Sen. Imee Marcos who called the Senate “palpak” or a failure. The Senator stressed that they were supposedly able to pass just two (2) measures out of the priority bills of the government.

Sen. Imee Marcos further claimed that the senators allegedly did nothing but change their leadership. She stressed that the public witnessed the change of leadership multiple times.

“Apat ang Senate president sa loob ng isang taon. Wala na kaming ginawa kundi palitan nang palitan ang namumuno. Sus palpak talaga, ‘yan na lang ang ginawa namin,” the Presidential Sister said.

According to the Sen. Marcos, there were 53 priority bills of the Marcos Jr. government and only two (2) were passed by the Senate. She stressed that there are a lot of beneficial measures that the government wants the chamber to prioritize.

Recently, Senate Pres. Sherwin Gatchalian reacted to the claim of Sen. Imee Marcos that the senators are allegedly “palpak”. Based on a post of News5, the Senate Chief made a call to the presidential Sister to just join in speeding up the passage of the priority measures instead.
