PAGASA – Amihan To Bring Cloudy Skies, Light Rains Over Parts Of PH This November 18, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day November 18, 2020 (Wednesday).

The morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the northeast monsoon or amihan will be affecting northern Luzon while the easterlies will be affecting the rest of the country on this day.

According to GMA News, Amihan will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section due to the easterlies.

The bureau warned that floods or landslides may occur especially during severe thunderstorms.

Based on the report, for the wind speed forecast, northern Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving northeastward while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
