PAGASA – Amihan To Bring Light Rains Over Parts Of PH This November 17, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day November 17, 2020 (Tuesday).

The morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will be affecting Northern Luzon and will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley on this day.

According to GMA News, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies mostly over the eastern section.

The bureau warned that flooding or land slides may occur especially during severe thundersorms.

Based on the report, Northern Luzon will be facing moderate to rough coastal waters while the rest of the country will face slight to moderate seas.
