Isabela Residents Found Cracks in Road Infrastructures and Some Houses Cracked Due to Heavy Rainfall

The road infrastructures and several houses at Barangay Narra in Echague, Isabela reportedly cracked due to the heavy rainfall in the area.

Typhoon Ulysses hits several parts of the Philippines and causes severe devastation over some parts of Luzon. The powerful storm brings violent winds and heavy downpour in Metro Manila and its nearby areas.

The inclement weather condition causes flood in many areas and severely affects Marikina City as the water level in the river increases. Numerous residents in Marikina have been trapped and stranded due to the rising floodwaters on Thursday (November 12).

Road Infrastructures

In the province of Isabela, the major roads along Barangay Narra in Echague reportedly cracked due to the torrential rain in the area. The other parts of the road collapsed and impassable for some vehicles.

The Facebook page “ABS-CBN News” has shared the actual photos of the road. According to the residents, the minor cracks are already visible but the heavy rainfall make the cracks grew larger.

Large vehicles are prohibited to pass on the damaged road, which also caused damage in several houses.
