Lady Customer Reveals Modus of Popular Telecommunication Firm’s Crew

A disappointed lady customer has exposed the modus operandi of a popular telecommunication company’s crew.

The Facebook page “Pilipinas Trending” has shared the sentiments of a netizen named Mira Sales against the crew of a popular telecommunication company. The post circulates after it was posted online.

Mira Sales said that her internet connection was lost while watching on “Netflix”. She restart the modem for five minutes but her connection never resumed. She tried to check the post and saw a PLDT installing another customer’s connection but her cable has been disconnected.

The lady customer approached the crew and told him that her internet connection was lost. The crew explained that he accidentally hit the wire although it was intentionally disconnected, according to Sales.

Eventually, the female netizen’s internet connection has been fixed and reconnected. She also call the attention of PLDT to make an immediate action regarding the matter.

while watching netflix, Bigla nalang nagstop pinapanood ko, tapos nag biblink nalang modem ko!
syempre first response is to restart your modem for 5mins..

nung nirestart ko na! ayaw paren no connection nakalagay!!! 😡😡😡

sumilip ako s labas kasi parang may nag aayos sa poste!!
then nakita ko si kuya patapos na mag install ng wifi sa kabilang apartment

tpos may wire ako nakita putol!

i approach him “ kuya ano pong iniinstall nyo s poste”

he answered “pldt po maam”

then sabi ko nawalan kame ng wifi connection and dial tone
(kala nya di ko nkita yung putol na cable, umaarte pa sya na pinatawagan yung telephone namin kung working..)

tpos umakyat sya ulit at sinabing “mam sorry nabangga pala ito luma na tska maluwag”

sabi ko ANO?? di naman nabangga kuya eh tinatapyasan mo ng wire para maikabit muli sa dati paanong nabangga? halatang pinutol mo yung wire connection namin!!!
(di ko na napicturan yung mismong wire dahil kinakabit na nya yan)

buti nalang gising pako !!! Kundi 2 weeks nanamang tatawag s pldt para maayos itong pesteng wifi na sila din nagtatanggal!!!
