Bela Padilla Reacts After PLDT Give Liza Soberano Faster Internet Connection
BELA PADILLA – Kapamilya actress Bela Padilla reacted after PLDT gave Liza Soberano a faster internet connection.
On Sunday, Filipina-American actress Liza Soberano took to Twitter to express her frustration over the slow internet speed and poor customer service of her previous internet service provider (ISP) Converge ICT Solutions Inc. She said they won’t answer the phone whenever they call and called their behavior “unprofessional.”
“Converge really needs to start fixing their internet speed. I am an unhappy customer,” she wrote. Her post was retweeted a thousand times.
Two days after she called out Converge, major telecommunications company PLDT went to their house and gave her a faster internet connection. The young actress shared on Twitter that her internet connection now gets speed up to 300mbps.
PLDT commented on her Tweet. They said they are glad that she’s now experiencing a lag-free internet connection at home. They also welcomed her to their family and told her that they are just a message away.
“We’re so thrilled that you can now experience a lag-free internet connection at home, Liza! Welcome to the family! Should you need our online help, we’re just a message away!”
However, the development in Liza Soberano’s internet connection did not bid well with the rest of PLDT customers. They said the telco company needs to step up their game.
After PLDT “saved” the young actress’ internet woes, another Kapamilya actress, Bela Padilla joked on Twitter asking if they could also fix her internet connection. She retweeted PLDT’s comment on Liza’s post and said “PLDT, bekenemen! My pldt wifi doesn’t reach 1 MBPS for downloading and/or uploading everytime I test it…ONE.”
PLDT responded to Bela Padilla’s tweet. They told her that they will “resolve this in no time.” Again, the netizens react to the fast action of PLDT to the actress. Here are some of their comments on Twitter:
