The move of the Kapamilya network to go off-air came after the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) released a Cease and Desist Order against the network. Amid the network having no franchise to operate on free TV, several celebrities accepted the offers from other networks.

Recently, Boy Abunda confirmed that he will be back on TV. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, he is staying with the Kapamilya network. He will be part of a political show.

“The news, I’ll be doing one with ANC. It should be a daily show live, Mondays to Fridays. It’s a political show,” the King of Talk said.

According to Boy, aside from the said political show under the Kapamilya network, he is also set to appear in other shows to be aired in other platforms.
